The government of Chad is inviting bids for the construction of three photovoltaic/diesel hybrid power plants with battery storage.The project is divided into three lots as follows:Lot 1: Bongor - 2MW photovoltaic solar plant with daily storage of 1 MWh; two generators with unit power of 1000kVA; connection and synchronisation
